To ensure the validity of your entry, it is imperative that the individuals you have tagged possess active and valid Instagram accounts. Furthermore, your entry will be deemed invalid if you lack an official Instagram account, or if the email provided is inactive or invalid. Inviting people via offline channels such as distributing leaflets, or through word of mouth also DOES NOT count as an entry to the Raffle. As a participant, your entry must fully meet all Raffle requirements, as specified in the Official Rules, in order to be eligible to win a prize.   6. Prizes: The winner of The Ned|Lon One Month Free Rent Raffle (the “Winner”) will receive the value of their monthly rent up to £862 GBP (€1000 EUR). The prize shall be determined solely by the Sponsor. There shall be other prize substitution permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. The Winner shall not transfer assignment of the prize to others nor shall the Winner request prize substitution. By accepting the prize, the selected Winner grants permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s likeness, entry, profile photo, and name for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
